"Electric Lights" is about the energy and power of women in electronic music: their passion, their experiences and their unique artistic perspectives. In the new DJ set series, photographer and DJ Katja Ruge performs together with the artists she portrays. The combination of space exploration, electronic music and photography - all based on the intensive use of technology - makes the planetarium the perfect venue. In the first edition of "Electric Lights" Katja Ruge and the Hamburg producer and DJ Helena Hauff will perform.

After the sold-out premiere in October 2023, Katja Ruge invites the DJ, producer and boss of Juicy Gang Records DJ Mell G, one of the most remarkable talents that have made the breakthrough in recent years. She grew up in Hamburg and started with the DJing at DIY parties in Frankfurt and Marburg. A representative of the generation HÖR, known for roughs Electro and her fast mixing.
